I have recently downloaded an character planner for CoH/CoV. I like it so far, but i am pretty much clueless on the workings. All i understand right now is how to place powers. anyway, it is an awesome little guide and i recommend downloading it if you are interested. I will get the link and post it up when i find it, which should be ina few minutes. |

fook toon planners do it naturaly, i have for the most part just ask advice and go with powers that fit ur playing style |
